At Xero Shoes, we want you to love your natural movement experience; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your shoes within 45 days of purchase. Items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, ensuring all old shipping stickers are removed from the box.
Pack and Ship
Securely place your unworn shoes in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
